I was out at a black-tie dinner last night and didn't get home until after 5am.
I'm feeling very tired and uninspired. Words are not coming easy. This is the song that I think best reflects my mood. No-one should take it personally.

So, either you were thoroughly entertained and had a ripping time (maybe there was a Sex Dwarf involved??, or you were thorougly bored and trapped until the wee hours. Here's hoping it was the former (dwarf optional).

It was something inbetween the two. It was a Burns Supper - six and a bit hours or so of eating & drinking and then listening to speeches/verse/songs from or related to Scotland's long-dead national poet.
There were raffles & auctions to raise cash for charities, and then when it was all over around 1am, it was the 'networking' part that comes with a function being attended by 850 folk. And more drink.
Didn't see one Sex Dwarf, nor anyone called Martin. Frustration all round and Fun City it wasn't.It's Forever The Same at this annual dinner. Roll on 2008.

Just so long as you don't have a chip on your shoulder.
If my memory serves me correctly, 'More endless Art' was the B side and dedicated to women whereas the A side, 'Endless Art' was entirely male. This sad state of affairs was only made worse by the A side being the only version on the 'I am The Greatest' album. I find this rather sad that such a good band and song should be guilty of such explicit sexism!
